consignment of medical equipment was handed over to MRI ( Medical Research Institute ) funded by Rotary District 3220. under the governorship of RTN. Karunakaran and the district Covid committee to Hon minister Pavitra Vanniarachi and ministry of health authorities. This project was enabled by the Rotary Foundation, Rotary Clubs and well wishers. The total project cost Rs 122 million. Dilmah Foundation and Carsons were the two major corporate donors for this project with a contribution of Rs 60 million and 10 million respectively. We await the arrival of balance consignment of medical equipment to complete the project.
